Morning pickup at your door and afternoon drop-off back home, five days a week, on a fixed route with the same driver. Parents get the pickup window in advance and a heads-up when anything shifts.
Early shifts don't wait for the bell. We collect children ahead of the regular route and get them to their before-school program or breakfast club, so you can leave for work without rearranging your whole morning.
Pickup from school to an after-school program, and from the program home again when it ends. If your child moves between two sites in an afternoon, we handle both legs on one plan.
Smaller vehicles make individual arrangements practical. We work with families, schools and agencies on transportation that a full-size bus route can't accommodate.

Vans and minivans instead of 72-seat buses. Fewer children per vehicle means a shorter ride, a later pickup time in the morning, and a driver who knows every child on board by name.
Children do better with a familiar face at the door. We assign drivers to routes and keep them there, so your child isn't meeting a stranger on a Tuesday morning.

Tell us the school, the address, the times you need, and anything about your child we should know. Five minutes on the phone is usually enough.
We look at whether your address fits an existing route or needs a new one, and come back with a pickup window and a price, usually the same day.
You confirm the schedule, list who is allowed to receive your child, and add any car seat or medical notes. We share the plan with the school if they need it.
You get your driver's name and the vehicle before day one, so the first morning isn't a surprise for anybody — least of all your child.
One form covers everything we need: your child's school and grade, emergency contacts, medical notes, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, and who is allowed to collect your child. Fill it out on your phone in about five minutes.

Springfield is home base. We run routes to and from schools across the city and into neighbouring communities. If you're just outside the list, call anyway — if a route already passes near you, we can usually make it work.

Earlier than most services can manage. Early routes are the ones we build around individual families, so tell Lucy what time you have to leave and she will tell you what is possible.
Call or text the office as early as you can that morning and we'll pull the stop from the run. The earlier we know, the better we can keep the rest of the route on time.
Only if they're on your authorized list. You can add or remove names any time by calling the office. Drivers will not release a child to an unlisted adult, even a relative.
Yes. Tell us your child's age and weight when you book and we'll fit the right seat before the first morning.
We follow the school district's closure and delay decisions. If schools open late, routes shift by the same amount and we let you know the night before wherever the call is made in time.
Yes. Smaller vehicles let us cover routes and individual placements a full-size bus contract cannot. Call Lucy on 413-885-5951 to talk through what your organization needs.
Our office is on Maple Street in downtown Springfield. Stop by during office hours to sort out a route in person, or call ahead and we'll have your paperwork ready.

When you enroll a child we ask for their name, date of birth, school and grade, your contact details, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, any medical or allergy notes you choose to share, and the adults authorised to collect your child. Job applicants give us their contact details, references, education and driving history.
Why we collect it. Solely to plan and run your child's transportation safely, and to reach you if something changes on a route. Nothing more.
How it reaches us. The forms on this website do not store anything on the site itself. Your answers are turned into a PDF on your own device and sent to us by email.
Who sees it. Licenia Cruz Ramos, Celimar Burgos, and the driver assigned to your child's route. We share information with a school or agency only when it is needed to run the route, or where the law requires it. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. For as long as your child rides with us, and afterwards only as long as our records and insurance require.

Children. Information about a child is only ever given to us by a parent or guardian. This site has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics that follow visitors around the web.
